ODM （正體）

ODM（英语：Original Design Manufacturer的缩写），指由采购方委托制造方，由制造方从设计到生产一手包办，而由采购方负责销售的生产方式，采购方通常会授权其品牌，允许制造方生产贴有该品牌的产品。
