  • 2月，蜀汉大臣诸葛亮进行第五次北伐，东吴亦响应。
  • 5月，东吴北攻魏合肥新城。至7月因士兵多病、曹睿来救，又被满宠大败，遂撤退。称为第四次合肥之战。
  • 诸葛亮病逝军中，撤退问题触发杨仪、魏延争权，最后魏延被杀。
