黄苑玲 （正體）
黄苑玲(Asmundson, Ruth)，祖籍中国福建省，出生在菲律宾，靠奖学金来美深造。先在威尔克斯·巴尔大学（Wikes-Barre）取得理化硕士学位，后来于1972年在戴维斯加大取得农业化学博士学位。2004年3月30日美国加州戴维斯市市长。
