性虐待（英文：Sexual abuse）是对非自愿的人士，例如儿童进行性侵害。与施虐与受虐不同，施虐与受虐是双方同意的性行为，性虐待是非自愿性质，即一方在对方未经同意之下进行性侵害、虐待等暴力行为，在大多数国家都是违法。在某些情况下也是家庭暴力的一种。
