禄丰龙（Lufengosaurus）是原蜥脚下目的一个属，生活于侏罗纪早到中期的中国西南部。^[1]禄丰龙的身长约6米，^[1]第一具完整的骨骼化石于中国出土，中国曾在1958年发行了禄丰龙纪念邮票。

发现与命名

许氏禄丰龙的骨盆，位于巴塞罗那。

许氏禄丰龙（L. huenei）于1941年被杨钟健所命名，于中国云南的下禄丰组所发现。第二个种是巨型禄丰龙（L. magnus），于一年后也被杨钟健命名。巨型禄丰龙的体型大于许氏禄丰龙约1/3。禄丰龙的化石发现于中国的巴柔阶地层，是少数存活到侏罗纪中期的原蜥脚类恐龙。^[2]

分类

1981年，M. 库柏^[3]提出禄丰龙与云南龙皆是大椎龙的种。然而，最近的许氏禄丰龙头部研究^[4]显示它们与云南龙或大椎龙关系并不如想像中的亲近。

古生物学

如同所有的原蜥脚类恐龙，禄丰龙的后肢比前肢长许多，可能有时是以二足方式行走，尤其是在搜索食物的时候。禄丰龙是种草食性恐龙，并拥有锐利的指爪与牙齿，而拇指的指爪特别大。^[1]有些研究人员根据这些特征，宣称禄丰龙至少是部分杂食性恐龙；^[1]然而，禄丰龙与其他原蜥脚类恐龙的锐利牙齿，类似鬣蜥科的牙齿，而鬣蜥科是植食性动物。^[5]另一个说法则是，禄丰龙的指爪可用来防御，或是进食时降下树枝用。^[1]

此外，禄丰龙的胸骨板构成心型盾片，尾部有约50节脊椎骨。^[6]

大众文化

禄丰龙是中国的第一个架设起的恐龙化石，并且曾经发行过以禄丰龙为主角的邮票。
