阿爾巴尼亞人 （阿爾巴尼亞語: Shqiptarët）是主要分佈在南歐巴爾幹半島上的一個民族。大多操阿爾巴尼亞語，信奉回教。阿爾巴尼亞人大部分分佈在阿爾巴尼亞。另外在科索沃、馬其頓和希臘也有大量分佈。也有一些阿爾巴尼亞人在海外散居。義大利是阿爾巴尼亞移民的一個主要集中區，這是由於共產主義政權崩潰後，大量阿爾巴尼亞人隔海偷渡所致。
