Roger Pratt (cinematographer)


Roger Pratt is a well-respected British cinematographer. Pratt is a BSC-certified cinematographer, and has been the director of photography for more than 35 films. His most prominent films he worked are Batman (1989), Frankenstein (1994), 102 Dalmatians (2000), Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002), Troy (2004), and most recently, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005).

Above films can be listed among his most successful in the commercial category. His frequent collaborations with Terry Gilliam lead to masterpieces such as Brazil, Twelve Monkeys, The Fisher King, which can be regarded as not so popular, but more insightful and creative.

His brother, Vernon, is a well respected Philosophy lecturer at Lancaster University.
