Regla Maritza Bell MacKenzie (* Havana, 1970 - ) is a former female volleyball player from Cuba.
Regla Bell was born July 16, 1970 in Ciudad de la Habana (Cuba).
She won three golden medals in a row at the Summer Olympics: 1992, 1996 and 2000. Also she won golden medal in 1998 FIVB Women's World Championship in Japan.
She made a Comeback in the Spanish league and currently plays for São Caetano/Blausiegel in Brazil. In 2008/09 she was elected MVP of the regular season in Spain.
