AB Svensk Filmindustri or Svensk Filmindustri (SF) is Sweden's best-known company for film production, distribution of film (both Swedish and international) and movie theatre chain, currently owned by the Bonnier Group. It was established on December 27, 1919.

It has produced most of the films made by Ingmar Bergman, as well as a long list of films by other famous Swedish filmmakers. The majority of film adaptations of the works by children's author Astrid Lindgren have been produced by SF.

SF also distributes foreign films in the Nordic countries and has deals with New Line Cinema, Spyglass Entertainment and Revolution Studios.

SF recently lost litigation with the Isis Theater of Aspen, Colorado and has transferred the American rights to the complete works of Ingmar Bergman. Isis has since created Swedish Classic Films to make films available in the United States.

In 1997 SF and the Isis Theater made an agreement to turn the Isis Theater into a multiplex with the assistance from SF's partner Resort Theaters of America. When RTA went bankrupt in 2007, SF accused Isis of not having given correct information regarding the limitations of the premises which lead to a legal battle. In addition, the contract in question was invalid according to Swedish law. The Isis Theater sued SF and was awarded $8.9 million by a Colorado Judge. When SF refused to accept the court verdict, the Isis Theater was awarded the American rights to Ingmar Bergmans works. SF still disputes the verdict and have tried to reach an agreement with Isis, although the latter, reportedly, are uninterested in solving the issue.
