Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, the company is currently present in Scandinavia in addition to the UK. 24SevenOffice is a pioneer in the development of Internet based applications and was founded as early as 1996.
24SevenOffice main product is an integrated CRM and ERP system. The products are module based which enables customers to select modules based on individual need. The company has developed different software solutions to enhance customer value. One example of this is the 24SevenOffice Community which is an Enterprise 2.0 solution enabling users of the system to interact both with users in their own company and with users from other 24SevenOffice customers. By using Community the companies as such will be able to interact by sharing ledgers and other vital business information automatically. The 24SevenOffice SuperStore is an E-commerce solution enabling users of the 24SevenOffice Community to procure and sell services and products to each other in a fully automated process. 24SevenOffice acquired the company Oyatel AS providing IP telephony and related communication services. The suite of Oyatel products have been fully integrated with 24SevenOffice providing functionality like click-to-call directly from contact cards in the CRM and comprehensive accounting and monitoring.
24SevenOffice also provides accounting services as an integrated part of their offering. In 2008 24Sevenoffice acquired [1] and merged the company AccountOnIt AS into its existing accounting business called Regnskapsfabrikken. The new subsidiary was named AcccountOnIt and has in excess of 100 employees.

24SevenOffice has won several awards including the 'Seal of Excellence'[2] at CeBIT and 'Product of the year 2005' by Kapital, a Norwegian magazine.
The company has offices in Oslo and Skien (Norway), Stockholm (Sweden) and London (UK). As of January 2006, the company listed a base of 1000 customers, and it is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange on the Oslo Axess list.[3]
One of the main competitors to 24SevenOffice is NetSuite, a similar web-based suite of business applications. Other web-based competitors include Salesforce.com, SugarCRM and QuickBooks Online. Traditional software competitors include SAP Business One and Siebel.
24SevenOffice is part of the OpenAjax Alliance, the main industry group devoted to technologies and Web programming techniques known as Ajax. [4]
The company was founded in 1996 in Porsgrunn, (Norway) by Stian Rustad.
In February 2005, 24SevenOffice bought the Swedish competitor Start and Run, adding 400 customers and launching the company into the Swedish marketplace. The company entered partnerships with Active 24 in 2006 [5] and Norwegian telecommunications company, Telenor. [6]
In September 2006, 24SevenOffice signed a partnership deal with Fokus Bank and Bluegarden combine banking, accounting/invoice and payroll [7] services. 24SevenOffice has a comprehensive cooperation with | NetClient AS. NetClient provides 24SevenOffice with hosting, communication and security services.
