Emile Ali-Khan (June 6, 1902 – May 12, 1960) was a French athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
He competed for France in the 1920 Summer Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium in the 4 x 100 metre relay where he won the Silver medal with his team mates René Lorain, René Tirard and René Mourlon.
